ELAS shoe covers have been designed for racing. They use highly-elastic fabrics to copy the athlete’s shoe well. Fabrics with a water-repellent finish are also available for lower aerodynamic drag and higher water resistance. A zipper is used in the back, for better put-on/off comfort. The upper part of the sleeve is equipped with a silicone strap, which fixes the sleeve well on the foot. Variants of full or one-color printing are available.
